Well it's time to play a little catch up once again! Here it is almost April and I haven't put up any pics or stories from February or March! Hopefully I can stay a little more on top of our blog, even though it doesn't seem like life is slowing down in the near future. For Valentines Day weekend we headed up to Reno with Josh's brother Dustin, his wife Mel and our niece Mazzy for a trip to visit Grandma and Papa. Josh and I were excited to spend a gorgeous day on the slopes with Paul. It had been two years since I'd skied (last winter I was pregnant with Hannah) and it felt so good to ski again! Hannah had her first trip to the snow, which she wasn't too sure about. :) She sat in the snow for a picture, but was not too happy about being layered in snow gear. Next year will be much more fun for her.

Valentines Day
We enrolled Hannah in indoor swim lessons with her cousin Mazzy to keep her used to being in the water. She had so much fun! She had no problem going under water, attempted blowing bubbles :) she sat and stood on the side of the pool and then held onto mom's hands while jumping in. She also would kick her feet while floating either on her stomach or back and moved her arms like she was swimming when I'd say "swim Hannah!" It was too cute!
After taking last year off from our annual group barrel tasting trip in the Dry Creek/Healdsburg area, everyone was ready to taste some delicious wines straight from the barrel once again. We started this year at Armida (one of our favorite spots) where we tasted whites in "Heaven" and reds in "Hell." Thank goodness the rain held out and it ended up being a beautiful day. We enjoyed trying some new wineries and ended the evening barbequing tri-tip back at our house. :)
After a fun weekend of friends and wine, Hannah and I headed up to Fortuna for a few days to help her Auntie make the final decision on a wedding dress. She found the perfect one and she looks absolutely gorgeous in it! Her wedding day is going to be here before we know it and we are all so excited. For her bachelorette party I've planned a trip to Vegas for nine of us girls. I haven't been to Vegas since my bachelorette party and can't wait to go back!
Spending time with Nonne and Nonnie
Hannah continues to love reading. Throughout the day she is constantly grabbing a book and sitting down to read it on her own or bringing it over to me to read to her. She loves pointing to the pictures and talking about what she sees. A new favorite game is "let's see how fast I can pull the clothes out of my drawer before mom catches me." As soon as she thinks I'm going to stop her she starts squealing and throwing the clothes faster. :)

Peek-A-Boo
I can't believe our baby girl will be turning 1 in two weeks. It is so crazy how the last year has flown by! She is starting to look more like a little girl than a baby :( I treasure every moment I get to cradle her in my arms because I know it won't be long before she's too big to curl up in a little ball on my lap. She is jabbering so much now and loves laughing out loud at herself and others. She's said "mama, dada, Tuck, Up, Hi "and so far she's doing sign language for "all done" and "more". She also understands numerous signs we show her. She still LOVES to eat and will try anything. She can stand alone and took her first 5 steps last week, however we have yet to see since. :) This year her birthday falls on Easter Sunday. Last year she was not even 7 lbs on Easter and was just a week and a day old. This year instead of watching her cousins, she will be searching for eggs with them. :)
